Call to Action

Foster care children are neglected and abused every day; this is known throughout the United States, yet very few act upon that notice. The few that do, lack the ability or capital to make the effect that they truly desire to. These people have good hearts and are willing to make a difference and help unspoken orphans. We ask of you not to help us spread our words but the words of those in need, of orphans. Join with those who have already begun to assist the children whom this country has forgotten. Please, give your time to these children; if you cannot volunteer, we hope that you could help through funding others. Below are some websites of established organizations and foundations that help neglected foster children.
Child Welfare Information Gateway is a government agency that supplies information about the foster care system and the neglect that is commonly inflicted upon orphans. They help to spread the word about the abuses that these children must regularly undergo, and they attempt to inform the public about ways to prevent this abuse.
Passion 4 Kids is a very hands on organization that helps to unite children, who have not been adopted, with volunteers that can spend time with them and help raise them in a good environment while they await adoption in their self-funded orphanage. They also help other children who may not be orphaned but find themselves in very difficult situations.
The Orphan Coalition ensures that all of their members are up to their standards of child and health care. They do regular checkups on their member. The Coalition also attempts to supply these certified foster houses with funding to help supply the children with spiritual and mental tools to help them become well-rounded individuals as well as provide material necessities, like food, clothing, and shelter.
The Children’s Rights organization is a well-established national advocacy group that aims to repair failing child welfare systems in order to benefit the thousands of orphans throughout the nation. They wish to change the way the foster care system operates so that the children who depend on it will benefit.

World Vision
World Vision helps the children and families of the world to survive and grow to their full potential. They fight to eliminate inequality, so they help anyone who comes to them or that they find regardless of their faith or background. If people are in need, this organization tries their best to aid the people of the world, all people, including orphans.
